iTotal Solutions Academy
Concept: Provide an affordable vehicle for individuals or partners to learn about the medical revenue cycle management field. The end result of this program will be for the individual/partner to commence operation as a revenue cycle management company. The method for doing this will be to conduct several web-based training sessions coupled with introducing the individual/partner to state of the art tools to perform the functions of a revenue cycle management firm.
Goal: To provide to Clients and Prospective Clients the opportunity to learn from experts in various areas of Revenue Cycle Management in order to either (1) start a medical revenue cycle management consulting firm, (2) improve the level of knowledge in the revenue cycle management arena to improve their companies performance or (3) to expand their businesses by offering additional services for their customers.
Method: The iTotal Solutions Academy has a pool of experienced healthcare management and revenue cycle management specialist / consultants that will provide training, consultations and documentation for iTS Academy attendees to use in starting, growing and improving their business.
iTotal Solutions will utilize a web-based video conferencing system that will permit up to 6 presenters to make global presentations to hundreds of viewers for large group training sessions. The system integrates a variety of media by switching from a Power Point presentation to flash video to a white board to live chat with viewers for maximum interaction.
The web-based video conferencing system will permit the conduct of live meetings with up to 12 people from around the country (or world.) This feature will improve collaboration with iTS Academy instructors and clients thus increasing productivity and reduce costly, time consuming travel.
Additionally, the video conferencing system allows video e-mailing to create and send personalized video emails in a template with links directing recipients to your website and beyond. Use customized templates to create brand recognition, instant impact and lasting connections with your customers.
