iTotal Solutions commitment to Veterans and Spouses is in our unique platform that allows spouses of active duty personnel to receive coding and billing training for certification in both areas. iTotal Solutions is one of the few firms that will train students in military billing and coding requirements. This will allow the spouse to apply at Military Treatment Facilities (MTF’s) for open positions at the clinics and hospitals wherever they are stationed. In addition our training program will prepare the student to work in civilian clinics and hospitals anywhere in the US.

iTotal Solutions Courses: entirely web-based with an Instructor lead program that allows for interaction between the student and the instructors.

AAPC approved certified coding education program - 16 weeks of instructions with a Certified Coding Instructor. Classes are set for Mon & Wednesday, 3 hours per day, OR Tuesday and Thursday, 3 hours per day. Fridays are reserved for one-on-one counseling with the student and instructors. Our course covers both civilian medical coding requirements and MHS (Military Health Services) coding requirements that will prepare the student for opportunities at any military base. This course will prepare the student to sit for the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) exam. Upon successful completion of the exam and approval by AAPC the students will receive their “CPC-A” certification. Within one year of employment as a coder the “A” will be dropped, indicating that the Certified Coder is out of the apprentice period.

Medical Billing certified billing program - 4 week program. Monday-Thursday, 2 hours per day that will prepare the student to complete medical claims for submission and payment to Medicare, Medicaid and other commercial insurance companies. Our program includes 24 hours of instructions that are specifically related to military third party collections. This will bring tremendous value to the students of the course and enable you to work in both civilian clinics and military clinics and hospitals.

All classes are recorded so the students may re-listen to any or all parts of the class.

One-on-One Instructor time is scheduled for Fridays. This is the student’s opportunity to discuss any questions or get extra training in any area of the instructions.

Exams- iTotal Solutions will arrange for the exams in your area upon completion of the class. Most coding exams are held at a nearby hospital or conference room.
